BetBull is a social sports betting app bringing you in a community of tipsters and sports fans who can all share their betting tips. By placing bets, you can become an influencer and gain followers.
A redesign was needed due to the face the app was rush launched 4 years previously and there hadn't been an update since. There were a number of issues with functionality and the user interface, not to mention the aesthetics and imagery were outdated, causing a fall off in active users.

I wanted to get a deeper understanding of the current user experience, I collated reviews from the google play store and app store, conducted user interviews and test groups with our most active users. I also interviewed potential new users and set up internal workshops to discuss issues
